Cleaning machine is widely used in modern flour mills for cleaning and grading of coarse flour and intermediate materials. It is suitable for the production of coarse flour in hard flour mill.

Working principle:

Materials are evenly distributed on the screen surface through feeding gate, and screen frame is divided into three layers. When the materials are screened, the air flow blows up the particles with the lightest specific gravity from the bottom up, then taken away by air flow through ventilation hood. Lighter materials are discharged out through port on the screen, and clean powder particles would pass through screen holes. The materials under the screen are accumulated in the conveying tank based on quality requirements.

1,The vibrating system can be balanced by the synchronous vibration of the sieve body, the material separating device and the conveying trough.

2,The feeding system has reliable balance device, which can ensure the balance when the material enters the screening process.
